Majors OEM-Career Exploration

He looks at 6 Global Interest Areas which correspond to the Holland Code, a letter code which most Interest Inventories use, as well as 10 Occupational Activity Groupings. Description: The Majors Occupational Environment Measure™ (Majors OEM™) Satisfaction and Retention Profile (SRP) is designed to help you improve your occupational experience.
